buildabearville question

Hi everyone, my name is kimberly Im new to this forum. I have a question concerning buildabearville. When I get on there my furry friends will not show up in my back pack. an the if I go to the gym my furry friends have a body but no head. does anyone know how I can fix this ? I would appreciate anyhelp that anyone can give. My furry friends doesnt have a head when we are in my cub condo either. Hope to hear from you all soon.

I also get an error message sometime when I try to login to buildabearville that says.. sorry your connection has been lost cannot connect to any server, try again later. if anyone can help me with these two things. Id appreciate it.

Well these are all glitches.
The connection one has happened to me before, but I just ignore it and try to log back in.
I'm not sure what to do about the bears because that has never happened to me before.
I suggest you wait a little to see if it goes away because most glitches on Buildabearville go away, but if it doesn't, contact buildabear and tell them.
